Registration procedure

For registration to the meeting please perform the following steps:

  1. Fill in the first (on-line) part of the registration form which can be accessed as a link here. Mark the relevant choices if you want to take part in the excursions and/or the conference dinner.
  2. Fill in the second part of the registration form which can be accessed as a link here, sign it and send it to the confence venue per fax (+370-5-2660377), or as a scanned .pdf attachment by e-mail (artis@centrumhotels.com). You can also book rooms at the conference hotel using this form. Please note that registration is invalid until both forms have been received.
  3. The organisers will not issue any invitations for participants to obtain visa for attending the meeting. The only exceptions to this rule are presenters invited by the Scientific committee.
  4. If you want to give a talk or present a poster fill in the on-line abstract form.
  5. If you are staying at the conference hotel, you are ready now. In case you want to book a room outside the conference hotel, you must contact the hotel and hostel in question yourself.
  6. Pay the fees for the excursions and the dinner in cash upon arrival

PLEASE NOTE: The organisers will issue invitations for obtaining visa to attend the meeting only to presenters invited by the Scientific committee.

Abstract submission
If you want to give a talk or present a poster fill in the on-line abstract form. Please use the LaTex code for your abstract and load up your pictures as . pdf files. Instructions are given on the abstract submission page.

Deadline
Deadline for registration and abstract submission is the 29 February 2016.

Fees for meals and coffee breaks
There is no registration fee for the meeting. However, there is a charge for lunches and the coffee breaks (EUR 25,- for the days attended). This fee is compulsory. Furthermore, there is a fee of EUR 20,- for the reception and buffet dinner on Sunday 24th April 2015. Please mark clearly the dates you will attend and if you wish to participate in the reception on the registration form and send it to the conference venue (even if you have your accommodation elsewhere).

Fees for conference excursion and banquet
The price for the conference excursion including the banquet is EUR 50,- (to be paid in cash upon arrival) and includes:

  • Transfer with bus from the conference enter to Trakai, further on to Belmontas restaurant and back to the confeence venue
  • Entrance fee and guided tour in Trakai castle
  • Coffee and cakes at Stalo Klubas
  • 3 course dinner at Belmontas restaurant with 2 glasses of wine, beer or soft drinks


It is also possible to book only the conference dinner. In this case the price of the arrangements is EUR 30,- (to be paid in cash upon arrival) and includes the following things:
  • Transfer with bus from the conference enter to Belmontas restaurant and back
  • 3 course dinner at Belmontas restaurant with 2 glasses of wine, beer or soft drinks
